2. Purchased digital downloads are licensed for personal use only unless a commercial license has been purchased.

3. Images may not be copied, resold, redistributed, or edited for commercial purposes without written permission.

4. High-resolution downloads are available only after successful payment.

5. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable after download.

6. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased files.

7. LuckyCaptures reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
